The Federal Highway Administration in coordination with the Minnesota Department of Transportation and ITS Minnesota are hosting a 2-day workshop on Advancing Planning for Operations. This workshop will prepare transportation professionals involved in planning and operations to more effectively incorporate operations needs into transportation planning at the state and metropolitan levels using an objectives-driven, performance-based approach. This approach helps bridge the gap between planners and operators, apply resources to highest priority planning needs, and effectively communicate results to decision makers and constituents.
